MEET MAGGIE T. WATKINS

Maggie has decades of professional services experience. She served as CMO/CM&BDO at four Am Law 200 law firms and one regional accounting firm, was CMO of a global publicly traded expert services and consulting firm, and president and CEO of an international law firm association. Most recently, she was a marketing and business development leader at an Am Law 100 law firm.

Early in her career, she was a trailblazer in developing one of the legal industry’s first client feedback programs. Utilizing the information gleaned through a marketing and business development audit, a marketing technology assessment, and client feedback, she helps businesses spot service issues, educates professionals on client service, and identifies selling and cross-selling opportunities that have resulted in millions of dollars in new revenue and satisfied clients who remain loyal to the firms. She has successfully guided clients in building their book of business and in avoiding and managing crises.

With deep expertise in business development, Maggie delivers extraordinary value through training and coaching professionals. Working closely with her clients, she teaches their professionals how to build personal business development plans, expand their skill set, and generate new work, both for themselves and for their firms. She is well-versed in the Miller Heiman sales process and has used that platform to teach companies B2B sales strategies that maximize their ROI and ensure a loyal clientele by exceeding client expectations.

Passionate about client service, Maggie applies her vast experience, strategizing with clients to devise a roadmap to achieve success.
